The Sector Offered by the Council of Tourism of the Region of Piedmont has sought to create a porthole of consultation, managed by the CPD with a staff of qualified technicians, that deals with helping the hotelier in their difficulties related to the question of reception and accessibility and thus to sustain the principle of "accessible is comfortable". The porthole will serve, therefore, to ask for the necessary information to have accessible and pleasant structures applying the laws in effect without an excessive expense or counterproductive interventions. The porthole has been created on the basis of the demands expressed from the hotelier, who in the past months have answered a questionnaire to self-evaluate the accessibility of his/her own structures, according to a homogeneous criterion. A questionnaire, which doesn't intend however to adopt a censored or punitive approach, but one which helps the hotelier to understand what the needs of people with particular demands are and in how to satisfy them in a better way.
